Level One Assessment: Evaluation and characterization of suspected mold material on a surface. This may warrant further evaluation that may include sampling and/or referral to an appropiate specialist for further evaluation.
Level Two Assessment: The inspection is intended to be a limited, visual, non-invasive inspection of the residential structure, with subsequent sample collection and data interpretation, to rule out potential sources of moisture and/or mold.
